Spring!

I feel like this has been the longest and coldest winter ever! In case I’ve never said it, I hate the cold weather. I can deal for like a week and then I’m over it. But spring has started creeping up ever-so-slowly and I can’t help but to start thinking about wearing dresses and flip flops! I keep seeing things about people starting spring cleaning and I’m pretty excited to do the same. Yes, I’m a freak. My husband was on spring break this week (lucky!) and he was asking about some things he could do while he was off. I told him to start spring cleaning and he looked at me a little weird and said “I don’t think it’s quite spring yet.” Whatever! I think I’m going to get started this weekend!

Is anyone else crazy like me and actually look forward to cleaning every crevasse in your house?

Cookies!

The ever so talented Elizabeth at I Can't Believe It's Not Dead is giving away a copy of Vegan Cookies Invade your Cookie Jar. Now, I'm pretty sure (actually I know for sure) all 5 of you that read my blog are not vegan and neither am I. However, if you can eat cookies and be some what healthy about it, why not? Plus, Elizabeth is the best cook ever and I wish I had her talent and energy to be vegan. I know, I know I like meat too, but go read some statistics about not eating meat (or meat products) it's pretty astounding. Plus when she tells you to enjoy your rotting animal carcass you'll be sure to put that chicken finger back on your plate. So go to her blog and try some of her recipes, they're great! And enter to win the cookbook! (Actually don't because I want it!)

Way too long.

I abandoned my blog for way too long. Our laptop died so we just have our desktop now... which sounds kind of materialistic, but Michael is usually on the computer doing homework so I mostly catch up on my blog reading at work. And seeing as how I'm not really supposed to be on the internet at work (I know, sad!) I don't have a lot of time to post blogs. Anyway, on to the real part of this post.

Thanks Elizabeth! This reminds me of the hundreds of Myspace questions we used to answer!

Question 2: What is (was) on your to-do list today?

1. Work.

1. Anything chocolate.

1. Immediately pack my bathing suit and take a vaca to the beach.
2. Buy a house. On the beach.
